Dated decor and furniture could use a makeover!!! Noise issues from the street and neighboring establishments made it difficult to relax. The lift being out of order is a hassle , especially those on higher floors!!!

Can just recommend for a lightning stop.

Perfect for a Solo get away

I had a good experience with the staff, very friendly, like they knew me. The shower was absolutely fantastic, great water pressure that made it feel like a relaxing massage after a long day.

It wasn't cheap, but for a quiet night alone, I thought it was acceptable.

Only downside was the parking situation. Despite following instructions, I ended up with a parking fine, which was frustrating.

My stay in the Standard Double Room was pretty chill. The bed was super comfy, definitely a highlight after exploring. The room was clean and had all the usual stuff like a kettle and decent towels. I didn't find anything really wrong, just the usual hotel vibe but nothing to dislike.

the new continental hotel has a fantastic location, just a short walk from nearby bars and the harbor. the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep, and the in-house leisure complex with a lovely pool was a highlight for me. the staff were also super responsive to my questions before my stay.

The family room included a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, hairdryer, and private bathroom with body soap. It had heating, a wardrobe, and a fan for comfort. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast featured a wide selection, including fresh fruits and pastries. Conveniently located near bars and the harbor, making it easy to explore.

The pool was the highlight of our stay, perfect for relaxing. finding parking was a hassle. a comfy place to unwind after exploring Plymouth! 😊

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the breakfast received high praise for its quality, featuring some vegan options, which was appreciated. the experience was marred by the fact that the lifts were out of service, significantly affecting our stay, especially for my husband with knee issues. This lack of communication about the lift situation detracted from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway.
